M1 MMA classes, combine the art of grappling, BJJ and wrestling and are available to adults, of all skill levels and are conducted by Coach Alex Ricci, Pro MMA fighter.

M1 Kids Mixed Martial Arts is based on a combination of basic fundamentals of Thai Boxing, Boxing, Wrestling and BJJ.
